Terms, rights, obligations and responsibilities

In this section, the conditions, obligations and rights of participation in our promotions, events, camps and motorcycle school are listed. Here you will find information about competitions, prices, eating and drinking regime, as well as information about technical and health support. 

ALTHOUGH IT IS A SOCIAL EVENTS AND ESSENTIALLY ENTERTAINMENT, WE ARE OBLIGATED TO INFORM YOU ABOUT SOME RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS THAT ARE NECESSARY TO KNOW, UNDERSTAND, RESPECT AND OBSERVE FOR THE EVENT. ENDURO BROTHERS ACADEMY (FURTHER ONLY AS THE EVENT ORGANIZER) RESERVES THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:

1. IN THE CASE OF ADVERSE PANDEMIC, POLITICAL OR SOCIAL EVENTS, CANCEL THE ACTION IN FULL EXTENT ON THE ORIGINAL DATE. THE BASIS FOR SUCH PROCEEDINGS WILL BE THE DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORIZED COMMISSION, OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED NO LATER THAN THE DAY OF THE EVENT. IF THAT HAPPENS, THE ENDURO CAMP WILL BE POSTPONED TO AN ALTERNATE DATE. IF FOR THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REASONS THE CAMP CANNOT BE HELD EVEN IN THE REPLACEMENT DATE, THE CAMP WILL BE DEFINITELY CANCELED.

2. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE CAMP BY THE ORGANIZER OR FOR THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REASONS, THE CAMP FEES WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE PARTICIPANTS IN TWO POSSIBLE VARIANTS.

a) A VOUCHER FOR ANOTHER CAMP HELD BY THE ORGANIZER

b) BY REFUNDING THE PARTICIPATION FEE IN FULL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION OF THE CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THE PARTICIPANT DECIDES ABOUT THE CHOICE OF THE OPTION ACCORDING TO HIS OWN WILL AND CHOICE. (In the case of this variant, the participant does not receive points and credits for long-term competitions)

3. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER (PARTICIPATION): A CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED WHEN THE CAMP ORDER IS CANCELED AND THE CAMP REFUND IS REQUESTED FOR THE PARTICIPANT OR THE CUSTOMER. THE AMOUNT OF THE FEE DEPENDS ON THE PERIOD OF TIME BETWEEN THE CAMP AND THE CANCELLATION NOTICE. WE ONLY ACCEPT CANCELLATION NOTICE IN WRITING FORM BY SENDING INFORMATION (REQUESTS) TO OUR CONTACT EMAIL. THE PERIOD FOR CALCULATING THE CANCELLATION FEE STARTS ON THE DAY OF ORDERING THE SUBJECT ACTION, CAMP OR COURSE ON OUR ESHOP. THE AMOUNT OF CANCELLATION FEES IS AS FOLLOWS:

In the case of a cancellation notice sent within "_" calendar days from the date of the camp, the cancellation fee is: "30" days 100% / "60" days 50% / "90" days 30% / "120" days and more 0%

4. THE ORGANIZER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OF THE PARTICIPANTS, PROPERTY OF THE ENDURO PARK, MX TRACK, MOTORCYCLE PARK OR PROPERTY OF THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY. THE PARTICIPANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEIR ACTIONS, BOTH IN THE OFFICIAL AND UNOFFICIAL PARTS OF THE CAMP OR EVENT.

5. THE ORGANIZER DOES NOT BEAR ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES TO THE HEALTH OF PARTICIPANTS OR OTHER PERSONS PRESENT DURING THE EVENT. THE ORGANIZER WILL BE FULLY EFFECTIVE IN ORGANIZING ASSISTANCE TO SAVE HEALTH AND LIFE, BUT DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ORIGIN, PROCESS AND CONSEQUENCES OF ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR DEATH.

6. EACH OF THE PARTICIPANTS ACTS AT HIS OWN RESPONSIBILITY, OR THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HIS LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. IT IS NECESSARY TO BE CONSIDERABLE TO OTHER PERSONS AND PROPERTY AND OF COURSE TO YOURSELF.

7. EVERY PARTICIPANT 18+ MUST CARRY A CITIZEN ID. NOT NECESSARY FOR PARTICIPANTS WITH A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. WE RECOMMEND TAKE OUT ACCIDENT INSURANCE (IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT). AT LEAST ON THE DAYS OF THE CAMP

8. CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION AND SECURING A PLACE AT THE EVENT IS MADE EXCLUSIVELY AFTER PAYMENT OF THE PARTICIPATION FEE. THE FEE CAN BE PAYED BY TRANSFER TO THE ACCOUNT, ON THE BASIS OF THE INVITATION TO PAYMENT IN THE ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM OUR ESHOP, BY PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE SENT AFTER THE ORDER CONFIRMATION (Attention, confirmation of the order DOES NOT mean confirmation of participation). CASH PAYMENTS ON THE DAY OF THE PROMOTION ARE ONLY POSSIBLE BASED ON PRIOR AGREEMENT WITH EBA AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO APPLY ANY DISCOUNTS OR DISCOUNTED PRICES.

9.ACCOMMODATION AT OUR EVENTS IS ALWAYS PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF A MOTEL, HOTEL OR CAMPING WITH CABINS. THE EXACT AND SPECIFIC FORM, LOCATION AND TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION IS NOTIFIED TO THE PARTICIPANT IN THE CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SPECIFIC EVENT. AN ALTERNATIVE OPTION OF ACCOMMODATION (OVERNIGHT) IS ALSO TENT CAMPING, WHERE AS IT IS ALREADY OBVIOUS FROM THE NAME ITSELF, THE ACCOMMODATION IS PROVIDED BY SLEEPING IN TENTS. IN THE CASE OF THIS SPECIFIC TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION, THIS INFORMATION IS ALREADY GIVEN IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE GIVEN CAMP ON THE "OUR CAMPS" OR "E-SHOP" WEBSITE. ACCOMMODATION OF PARTICIPANTS IN OWN FACILITIES (VANS, OWN ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS NEAR THE EVENT, TENTS, CARAVANS) IS ONLY POSSIBLE AT THE OWN RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTICIPANT AND IT HAS NO EFFECT ON THE AMOUNT OF THE FEE FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT. THEREFORE, IT IS POSSIBLE TO ACCOMMODATE AT YOUR OWN DIRECTION, BUT IT IS NOT DEDUCTIBLE FROM THE PRICE OF THE PROMOTION. ATTENDING THE ACTION RESP. ACCOMMODATION IS USUALLY 9:00 AM FOR 1 AND SOME 2 DAY EVENTS, AND 6:00-7:00 PM FOR 2.5 AND 3 DAY EVENTS.

10. FOOD DURING THE ENTIRE ACTION OF THE CAMP, EVENT OR SCHOOL IS PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZER OF THE EVENT, IN THE FOLLOWING FORM:

IF IT IS A 1-DAY EVENT STARTING IN THE MORNING HOURS, THE ORGANIZER WILL PROVIDE A BREAKFAST (SNACK) (approx. 9:00 AM) IN THE FORM OF A SANDWICH AND THEN LUNCH (approx. 3:30 PM) IN THE FORM OF DELIVERY OF READY FOOD ACCORDING TO THE CURRENT SELECTION AND OF THE SUBSEQUENT ORDER MADE BY THE PARTICIPANT AT BREAKFAST. DINNER AND LUNCH ARE SERVED DIRECTLY AT THE VENUE OF THE EVENT.

IF IT IS A 2.5-3 DAY EVENT USUALLY STARTING IN THE EVENING BETWEEN 18:00-19:00, THE ORGANIZER WILL PROVIDE A COMMON DINNER IN OR NEAR THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL (ON THE EVENT) ON THE MORNING OF THE SECOND DAY BREAKFAST, ALSO IN THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY OR NEAR IT, LUNCH IN THE FORM OF STEW OR GRILLED MEAT DIRECTLY AT THE VENUE AND DINNER IN THE ACCOMMODATION FACILITY OR NEAR IT. THE THIRD DAY MEALS ARE PROVIDED IN THE SAME FORM AS ON THE SECOND DAY, BUT WITHOUT DINNER. 

IF IT IS A 2-DAY EVENT STARTING IN THE MORNING HOURS, THE ORGANIZER PROVIDES A SNACK (approx. 9:00 AM) IN THE FORM OF A SANDWICH AND THEN LUNCH (approx. 3:30 PM) IN THE FORM OF POT STEW OR GRILLED MEAT DIRECTLY AT THE VENUE. DINNER IS THEN SERVED IN OR NEAR THE ACCOMMODATION. ON THE SECOND DAY, THE ORGANIZER PROVIDES BREAKFAST, ALSO IN THE ACCOMMODATION OR NEAR IT, AND LUNCH IN THE FORM OF POT STEW OR GRILLED MEAT DIRECTLY AT THE VENUE.

DURING THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE OFFICIAL PART OF THE EVENT, THE ORGANIZERS PROVIDE DRINKING REGIME BY PACKAGED SPARKLING AND STILL WATER, NON-ALCOHOLIC BEER, COFFEE AND TEA ARE AVAILABLE.

11. COMPETITIONS BELONG TO THE TRADITIONAL EVENTS OF OUR ACTIONS AND CAMPS. AFTER SOME TIME AND EXPERIENCE, WE HAVE BUILT A STABLE SET OF COMPETITIONS THAT ARE THE SAME FOR EACH CAMP AND EVENT. SO YOU CAN PREPARE AND TRAIN FOR THEM IN ADVANCE AND COME READY TO FIGHT FOR ATTRACTIVE PRIZES. BECAUSE EXPERIENCED RIDERS BUT ALSO LESS EXPERIENCED OR EVEN BEGINNERS ATTEND OUR CAMPS AND WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A CHANCE TO SUCCEED IN THE OVERALL ASSESSMENT, THE COMPETITIONS ARE DESIGNED TO BE FAIR TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION FOR PRIZES. THEREFORE THEY CONSIST OF DIFFERENT DISCIPLINES, WHICH ARE BOTH RIDING AND TECHNICAL OR KNOWLEDGE CHARACTER. PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS IS VOLUNTARY. HOWEVER, WHO DOESN'T COMPETE, DOES NOT GET POINTS AND THEREFORE CANNOT FIGHT FOR PRIZES. COMPETITIONS ARE ANNOUNCED ONLY FOR 2 TO 3 DAY EVENTS. COMPETITIONS DO NOT RUN AT 1-DAY EVENTS. HERE ARE SELECTED DISCIPLINES.

1) Test of maintaining balance on a motorcycle while standing and with the engine running (time trial). The task of this test is to remain standing on the motorcycle for as long as possible without moving from your place. The test takes place on a defined section where it is possible, if necessary, to move forward from the motorcycle and thus restore balance. Time ends for whoever touches the ground with his foot. Whoever has the longest time gets the most points.

2) Crossing the Enduro Trail for 2 rounds. This discipline takes place in the morning on the last day of the camp, when everyone is already familiar with the nature of the track. Everyone starts at the same time, whoever completes two laps of the track in the best time gets the most points.

3) Changing the rear tire - (time trial). A technical discipline that will test your skills in the field of maintenance. Only the disc tire is changed. A simultaneous exchange of tube, Tubliss, or Mousse is not required in this discipline. Whoever manages to take the tire off and put it on again first gets the most points.

4) Transferring a motorcycle from point A to point B (engine off, only one wheel on the ground) - this discipline is of a strength nature where the participant tries to carry his motorcycle as far as possible from the starting position. The motorcycle may only have one wheel on the ground, it is up to the participant whether it is front or rear. As soon as the participant places the motorcycle on both wheels, his attempt ends. The distance covered is measured, whoever pulls it the farthest gets the most points.

5) The knowledge quiz. At dinner (mostly on Saturday), participants will be given a test with 10 questions on the Enduro theme, general knowledge of motorcycles, technology and the like. Whoever answers the most questions correctly gets the most points.

COMPETITORS GET POINTS FOR EACH DISCIPLINE, WHICH, AFTER ADDING UP, EXPRESS THE TOTAL SCORE. THE COMPETITORS WITH THE MOST POINTS WIN 1ST PLACE, SECOND BEST 2ND PLACE AND SO ON. ONLY THE FIRST 5 PLACES ARE SCORED.

12. THE PRICES ARE SELECTED SO THAT YOU CAN USE THEM IN YOUR ENDURO HOBBY. WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE THESE MOST USEFUL BUT ALSO VALUABLE PRIZES WORTH COMPETING FOR. JUST AS THE FIRST 5 PLACES ARE SCORED, THERE ARE ALSO 5 PRIZES. HERE THEY ARE: (the listed prices are valid for camps and events in 2023 and cannot be applied to events and camps in 2022).

13. WE DRIVES IN ALL WEATHER AS LONG AS THE TRACK OR TRAIL CONDITIONS PERMIT. IT IS THEREFORE IMPORTANT TO THINK ABOUT THIS CIRCUMSTANCE AND BE PREPARED. IT IS DEFINITELY NECESSARY TO HAVE A SPARE CLOTHES, A RAIN SUIT AND SIMILAR "WET" EQUIPMENT. IN THE CASE OF EXTREMELY ADVERSE WEATHER, WHEN TRACK CONDITIONS DO NOT ALLOW DRIVING, AN ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM WILL BE IMPLEMENTED. IT CONSISTS OF INDOOR ACTIVITIES FROM LECTURES TO DRIVING, JUDGING OF DRIVING ERRORS BASED ON VIDEOS OF THE EVENT, SIGNATURE ACTIVITIES BY OUR SPECIAL GUESTS AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES. A DIFFERENT PROGRAM WILL BE CHOSEN FOR EACH EVENT BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF TECHNOLOGY, PRESENTATION MATERIALS, GUESTS, ETC.

14. PHOTOS, VIDEOS AND SOUND RECORDINGS MADE DURING THE DURATION OF THE EVENT, CAMP OR SCHOOL ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE ORGANIZER. THE ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE THE SUBJECT MATERIAL FOR THE PROMOTION AND PRESENTATION OF ITS ACTIVITIES, ON ITS WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA, PUBLIC MEDIA AND PRINTED MATERIALS, WITHOUT SPECIFIC OR ADDITIONAL CONSENT OF THE PARTICIPANT. IF THE PARTICIPANT DOES NOT AGREE TO THE ABOVE, HE HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THIS AUTOMATIC CONSENT. THIS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING AND NOT LATER THAN THE END OF THE EVENT IN QUESTION.
